Special Manufacturing

The parquet is increasingly appreciated at its original state ̶ without excessive retouching ̶ where the typical characteristics of the wood essence can emerge. The planning process gives to the floor a rustic, antique and natural effect simultaneously. The “waves” may have a regular or irregular character depending on the technique used (mechanical hand, mechanical or just hand planing). We realise this kind of manufacturing on all the essences, satisfying our customers by realising their wished effects.

With this finishing we emphasise the natural character of the wood grain, offering different levels of intensity that can vary from a lighter one (open pore), to a more evident one, till realising a quasi-sandblasted effect.

The saw cutting effect is more and more a trend due to the particularity of the irregular incisions that are made through a specific machine. These incisions can be more or less accentuated at the edges of the wood plank or more homogeneous on the rest of the surface, making evident the idea of “worn parquet”.
